Project and Process Management

Would you like to work in top managerial positions in non-profit organizations and the public sector in the Czech Republic or abroad? Students of this follow-up Master’s degree programme gain in-depth insight into business economics, and project, knowledge and personnel management. Graduates will be awarded the engineer (Ing.) degree. They will be prepared to apply for a doctoral study programme in the same field.

Graduates are able to independently manage projects, their programmes and portfolios, communicate with other managers, deal with technical and business tasks of various projects and successfully complete assignments. They have in-depth knowledge of economic forecasting, and strategic, tactical and operational management.
