PROJECT ANNOTATION:
IMPROVE_PM is a Czech-Bavarian cross-border project focused on developing digital and agile competences in project management using artificial intelligence, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship and innovation. Its aim is to prepare students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and innovation managers for the evolving labour market through a joint educational programme, workshops, and a digital platform that enhance their ability to effectively apply AI in business practice and develop new business models. The project addresses the lack of knowledge in agile management, the use of generative AI, and orientation in rapidly evolving technologies, contributing to increased competitiveness, innovation capacity, and the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Czech-Bavarian region.
