PROJECT ANNOTATION:
The subject of the project is knowledge transfer for SOFO Advisory s.r.o. from ZO FEK ZCU in Pilsen. The global goal of the project is the innovation of the existing product focused on process analysis and optimization through the use of knowledge transfer. Within the project, there will be a transfer of knowledge in the field of economic-financial assessment of the TO-BE state, in the field of sustainable development and in the field of factors that can influence the success of the implementation of the TO-BE state, both from the point of view of the definition of the changes themselves, and from from the point of view of the environment of the customer's organization. The global output of the project will be a comprehensive methodology that will reflect the implemented activities and that will describe specific procedures and the new added value of the product. The project will make it possible to achieve product innovation in two innovation shifts, thus making it possible to keep the company's product competitive.
