PROJECT ANNOTATION:

The proposed project is fosus on examining the impact of current legal, tax, accounting and social change on private businesses and public sector in the context of recodification of private law. The main aim of the project is to evaluate the effects of changes in the above areas to private companies and public sector with regard to existing and planned processes in the private and public sectors. Defined issue is a priority topic not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad, especially in the EU, due to the constantly discussed issues of harmonization and reforms in tax, accounting and other legislation, and also due to the current social trends in the current modern society.
