PROJECT ANNOTATION:

Within this contract research, a study summarizing the needs of small and medium sized enterprises in the area of digitalization in various sectors of the Pilsen Region was completed. Based upon the research carried out, a structure of suitable service activities and services, which can be offered to small and medium sized enterprises in the region, was created in order to improve their digital competencies and digital transformation.

The goal of the study was to provide an expert perspective on providing services in order to improve digital competencies and the digital transformation of enterprises. This information can also be helpful in building an infrastructure for the support of companies’ competencies in the area of digital transformation, for example DIH.
