Research on adaptation potential and the creation of an adaptation strategy to climate change is based on the needs of the Pilsen Municipal District 4. Based on the evaluation of existing strategic and development documents, a commented overview of the problems associated with the adaptation of the Pilsen 4 Municipal Assembly was created with links to relevant studies and presentations of map outputs of selected analytical topics. Expert interviews with local actors and experts took place. An overview of the topic and priorities was created, which was used together with the results of the research for the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis shows the status and outlook of the development of selected topics related to the adaptation of the territory to climate change. The aim was also to identify problems and adaptation needs through the eyes of local residents. A survey of residents' opinions on individual topics was carried out in the form of online feeling maps. The results of the survey are processed into maps expressing summary statistics with commentary on selected problems and opportunities in the district. The results of the first part of the research will be followed by further consultations, syntheses and the creation of a strategic document.
