PROJECT ANNOTATION:

A content of the project is a critical analysis of a strategic planning system of municipalities, towns and regions in the CZ and a proposal of a set of organisational and legislative measures which would lead to its effectiveness. The accent is put on institutional, administrative and political aspects of planning processes (being set in an organisation, co-ordinative mechanisms, bindings between strategic and urban planning, strategic partnerships of the municipalities and the towns.
