The project focuses on the selected areas of management and marketing of organizations. It is primarily aimed at searching the impact of demographic and technological changes on contemporary organisations, which will be examined in two streams. The first stream will examine the impact of demographic changes. Attention will be given to the concept of diversity that contributes significantly to the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations. Specifically, the research will focus on identifying and assessing the impact of demographic changes on management of age and gender diversity in the workplace and customer behaviour in the context of generational marketing. The second stream will examine the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on business given attention to management and communication by using ICT. The research activities will focus on ICT implementation specifically for digital marketing and its use in the organisational environment and also for communication among people in contemporary society.
